I’m not 100% how to start this review.. This book was so much better than I was expecting!

I knew going into this it was going to be an intense and epic love triangle which wasn’t too bad in this book but will start to get more dramatic in the next two books! I have friends that are team Adam and friends that are team Warner and I must say so far I’m more for Adam he is so sweet and lovely towards Juliette, BUT I am partial to a bad boy and oh my what a bad boy Warner is he’s actually quite vile in parts even though I can see he’s not all bad. I think the more I read the more I will understand this guy.. Who knows if I will be team Adam or team Warner..

The twist and turns from beginning to end was fantastic. I’m one of these people that try and guess what is happening and why its happening which mostly I get right but with this book I was just drawing up blanks, I had no clue what was going to happen and I LOVED that it was so shocking and I couldn’t wait for what was around the corner. Things would calm down then BAM a huge twist would happen and I would just stare at my book with my mouth open thinking WHAAAT?!

The things that Adam said to Juliette made my heart stop and give me lots of butterflies he’s so charming and lovely. I really fell for him as soon as he saw Juliette. He was so loyal towards her and I know he will always love her. I cant wait to see more of Adam in the next books!

“Don’t go,” he says. “Your touch is the only thing keeping me from losing my mind.”

Now Warner.. We didn’t see a great deal of him in this book but some of the bits we did see of him wasn’t pretty and made him out to be cruel while others showed him to be maybe misunderstood and not a bad person.. I am really looking forward to reading his novella next as I need to get in his crazy head and know what he is thinking.. I mean he cant be all that bad with all the team Warner’s there is on GoodReads. Also helps that he is gorgeous with that bad boy edge. I’m curious and cant wait to try and figure this young guy out!

I really like Juliette so far, poor girl must be so confused. From always knowing herself as a monster to every one wanting her. I’m really looking forward to getting to know her and her curse gift more.

On to Warner’s Novella next. I am a tad excited..
