Every Time You Go Away was emotionally powerful and a story I won't ever forget. It was laced with joy and heartache. And was not only about finding yourself, but of forgiveness, forging your own path, and repairing the pieces inside you and the relationships around you too. Has anyone else gone to the movies to see The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes yet?

I went last night and went in totally blind. I haven’t read the book yet. I just wasn’t sure why I would want to read about Snow’s early life, knowing how he turns out. Well turns out I couldn’t believe how much I enjoyed the story it was so good and I couldn’t stop thinking about it today.

I have read a grand total of one…the one you see here haha. I have a handful on my TBR but honestly, it’s just hard to break away from my fantasy or romance worlds. Maybe someday I will get around to them, but I absolutely had to read my girl Britney’s book. -Cassie
