(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)
Nevermore kelly creagh
(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)

5. Glass Sword (Red Queen #2) by Victoria Aveyard – Shocking to me in a way I never would have guessed….this book came out in a chunk of all my favorite series at once, so I didn’t think it would be my favorite. Well, scratch that, this became my absolute favorite series release this year SO FAR. That is HUGE. And I wish I could say it was the writing but….CAL. That is all. 😛

6. Nevermore (Nevermore #1) by Kelly Creagh – Beautiful. Dark. Mesmerizing. This series was BEYOND addicting…it stole my whole vacation, consuming my life-and I wouldn’t give back that week for ANYTHING. EPIC.

fuel the fire ritchie
(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)
all broke down cora carmack
(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)

7. Fuel the Fire (Calloway Sisters #3) by Krista Ritchie & Becca Ritchie – A contemporary I avoided at all costs, but that made me fall all the harder for it when I decided to try it. Unforgettable in every way, this story took the Connor and Rose you know and broke your heart….even while filling it with insurmountable hope. I bawled on so many parts it bordered on embarrassing. The loyalty, the love, the friendship-You just can’t beat it.

8. All Broke Down (Rusk University #2) by Cora Carmack -Yet another unexpected surprise, I am happy to say this will go down as an absolute favorite contemporary. Silas is loyal, kind, sweet, and tortured in the ways I love most. I dare you to read a chapter with him in it and not fall immediately in love like I did…go on, I DARE you to hate him. 😛

sweet evil wendy higgins

10. The Power (Titan #2) by Jennifer L. Armentrout – The Power captured my heart all over again.  It was hilarious, heartwarming, sexy and extremely addicting.  Seth and Josie’s story is a must read for all paranormal lovers out there!

angelfall susan ee
(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)
the knife of never letting go patrick ness
(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)

1. Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days, #1) by Susan Ee – It’s hard when you love so many books and so many different genres to remember all your oldest favorites…and Angefall has always been my second favorite book of all time. I mean…RAFFE! ♥

2. The Knife of Never Letting Go (Chaos Walking #1) by Patrick Ness – Action, peril, heartache, betrayal, war…I could NEVER talk about this series enough. Never. My young Todd Hewitt, oh how I adore you.

the raven boys maggie stiefvater
(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)
anna and the french kiss stephanie perkins
(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)

3. The Raven Boys (The Raven Cycle #1) by Maggie Stiefvater – This series, admittedly, took me by surprise. It didn’t seem like my style, but this author showed me I don’t have a style, not really, because this magical adventure of mystery and forbidden (and deadly) young love became an instant favorite-Beautiful, poignant, and unforgettable-I will always cherish and adore it. And, you know, again, Gansey. lol.

4. Anna and the French Kiss (Anna and the French Kiss #1) by Stephanie Perkins – Yet another book that took me by surprise. I don’t much care for books like these, yet the charming and delightful cast of characters (COUGH ST. CLAIR AND ANNA COUGH) enraptured me from the beginning…leaving me breathless at each and every turn. I often forget about my adorable boy, but it doesn’t take me long to remember WHY this is an absolute favorite forever.

ugly love colleen hoover
(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)
Come back to me mila gray
(Jen’s Choice – Review)

5. Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover – -Oh lord….my only unforgettable from Colleen Hoover. And if it wasn’t for that fact that makes it stick out, I STILL wouldn’t forget it because of its gripping characters and what they go through to end up together-and happy-in the end. I ADORE this beautiful book, and I just don’t talk about it enough anymore. MILES MILES MILES…whatever will I do with you?

6. Come Back to Me (Come Back to Me #1) by Mila Gray – An emotional powerhouse that was one of my favorite books last year!  Gut wrenching, heart crushing, ugly sobbing exploded from me, and there was no stopping it.  I became that emotionally invested.  But have faith, because by that last page my heart pieced itself back together, and I closed the book with a smile on my face.

forever with you wait for you jennifer armentrout j lynn
(Jen’s Choice – Review)
Broken Skies theresa kay
(Jen’s Choice – Review)

7. Forever with You (Wait for You #5) by Jennifer L. Armentrout – I thought the 1st book, Wait for You, was my favorite.  But then I read Stephanie & Nick’s story and it officially become my favorite book in the Wait For You series!  Give me a heroine who I will love, give me a tortured man who will steal my breath away, give me fiery chemistry, give me a story that is all-consuming and I will fall in love with every single page.  And that I did!

8. Broken Skies (Broken Skies #1) by Theresa Kay – If you loved The Lux Series by JLA, then you’ll definitely love this book too!  What started out as a simple journey, escalated into something that kept me on the edge of my seat!  The pages were scattered with hardships and butterfly inducing moments that were breathtaking.  I never wanted this book about humans and aliens to end.

The Union by T.H. Hernandez
(Jen’s Choice – Review)
blurred lines lauren layne
(Jen’s Choice – Review)

9. The Union (The Union #1) by T.H. Hernandez – This series is a romantic adventure set one hundred years after the second civil war, and I am OBSESSED!  It contains a heroine that has a ton of fire in her, a sigh inducing book boyfriend, love that rings true because it’s passionate and broken at times, friendships that are deep and meaningful and also a character I love to hate – yes I have issues ha!

10. Blurred Lines by Lauren Layne – A truly intoxicating friendship to lovers story.  It was sexy, the banter was hilarious, and the elements of friendship and love were touching and done brilliantly.

(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)
the rose and the dagger renee ahdieh
(Chelsea’s Choice)

1. The Last Star (The 5th Wave #3) by Rick Yancey – The final book in the 5th Wave Series!  This is a dystopian series that is creepy, intense, and heartbreaking.

2. The Rose & the Dagger (The Wrath and the Dawn #2) by Renee Ahdieh – The final book in The Wrath and the Dawn dualogy!  This is a richly imaginative story-telling with a hint of an Aladdin feel to it, we get to relive a childhood favorite that was always larger than life. In this story we get to see the harsher side of when fairy tales go wrong. Not everyone gets their happily ever after…but some get second chances.

(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)
soldier the talon saga julie kagawa
(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)

3. The Winner’s Kiss (The Winner’s Trilogy #3) by Marie Rutkoski – The final book in The Winner’s Trilogy!  This series is beautiful, breathtaking, heartfelt, and probably one of my top two favorite forbidden romance stories, at the moment.

4. Soldier (Talon #3) by Julie Kagawa – Jealousy (yaaas), lies, betrayal, true love, angst, and much more, this story became an instant favorite.   And just so you know Julie, Kagawa is ruthless. Mad. Intoxicating…Brilliant.

the raven king maggie stiefvater the raven cycle
(Chelsea’s Choice – Review)
warrior witch danielle l jensen
(Jen’s Choice – Review)

5. The Raven King (The Raven Cycle #4) by Maggie Stiefvater – The final book in The Raven Cycle Series!  I loved the writing. It was intricate and had deeper layers and meaning behind it, all the while keeping you interested and grasping for straws. I loved how all the characters came together and the mystery they worked together to solve. I loved the break down of each character and how, as the story progressed, we began to see who they really were instead of just scratching the surface.

6. Warrior Witch (The Malediction Trilogy #3) by Danielle L. Jensen – The final book in The Malediction Trilogy!  This series is beautifully intoxicating.  From the feeling of being in past generations from their dialect, to characters that enchanted my heart, to the intricate story-line that kept me glued to the pages, it was impossible not to become lost in their twisted world.

the problem with forever jennifer l armentrout
(Jen’s Choice – Review)
emerge tobie easton
(Jen’s Choice – Review)

7. The Problem with Forever by Jennifer L. Armentrout –  I’m addicted to JLA books, so I can’t wait for this stadalones release! As Mallory watches Ryder, her friend and protector she hasn’t seen since childhood, life spiral out of control, Mallory faces a choice between staying silent and speaking out—for the people she loves, the life she wants, and the truths that need to be heard.

8. Emerge (Mer Chronicles #1) by Tobie Easton – This is a retelling about the descendants of The Little Mermaid from the Hans Christian Andersen’s version.  I adore anything related to The Little Mermaid, and I can’t wait to pickup this book!

Pageflex Persona [document: PRS0000040_00011]
(Jen’s Choice – Review)
under the never sky veronica rossi
(Jen’s Choice – Review)

9. Rise (The Order of the Krigers #1) by Jennifer Anne Davis – This book sounds like a lot of fun – The people of Nelebek live in fear of persecution from the evil Morlet, who reigns with a dark and destructive magic. The kingdom’s only hope lies with the Order of the Krigers.  Eleven Krigers have been hunted down, tortured, and imprisoned in his dungeon. Now, only one remains.  Sixteen-year-old Kaia.

10. Under the Never Sky (Under the Never Sky #1) by Veronica Rossi – I fell in love with Riders by Veronica Rossi, so now I can’t wait to discover this trilogy she wrote before Riders!  Aria has lived her whole life in the protected dome of Reverie.  Then Aria meets an outsider named Perry. He’s searching for someone too. He’s also wild – a savage – but might be her best hope at staying alive.  If they can survive, they are each other’s best hope for finding answers.
