We are so excited that we get to share our favorite books in a series from last year with you! We read them in 2016, but they could have been released a previous year.
Click our reviews to learn more about each book, or click on the cover to go to Amazon. We organized our favorites a little differently this year. We broke them up into age and genre categories so it would be easier to find exactly what you want. We hope you enjoy!

We hope you had fun looking through our 2016 Favorites From A Series!
You can see more of our yearly recommendations for Favorites From a Series HERE.
You can also find our yearly recommendations for Favorite Single Books HERE.
I loved The Mediator series and read it with my oldest daughter years ago. Don’t really see much of it now. I first read Schwab last year – The Archived – and liked it. Want to get more. Also need to try Cinda Williams Chima. Met her at a Bookfest last year and she was very nice.
I love hearing when authors are nice! =D I definitely need to get to her books then!
I loved Illuminae and Six of Crows. I still need to r as most of these though. *Hides in shame* 😂

Heyyyy, you’re ahead of me in regards to Illuminae and Six of Crows woohoo! I’m hoping to get to those this year *fingers crossed*. 🙂
Fantastic Post!My favorites are Penryn trilogy, Under the never sky, the talon saga, the ghost and the goth, Red Queen, the sweet trilogy and Illuminae Files series. I used to enjoy reading Morganville vampires but I lost my interest when the author decided to add more books to the series. ADSOM, Seven Realms and Red Rising trilogy are already in my tbr so I really hope I enjoy them as well. 😀

I need to finish the final two books in Kagawa’s Iron Fey Series with her brother and then I can catch up on the Talon Saga. Her books are SO addicting! Here’s hoping we both love Seven Realms & Red Rising!
Yay, UTNS!!! Such a great series. And I’m enjoying The Exiled Queen right now! 🙂 Great list!
Yes it was! 🙂 And I hope to discover Cinda Williams Chima this year, her books sound amazing!
Yes, it’s really good so far!! Lots of fun adventure and romance. (<–Really good combination 😉 )
That’s so wonderful to know! 🙂
So many amazing series here! And lots that I still need to get to as well!
